How is Malware Cleanup Working?
1
Website Malware and Black List Removal
The malware removal process is manual and automated. Every cleanup is handled by a malware analyst whose responsibility is to clean-up all the malicious content from an infected website and make sure there are no leftovers. Once website is clean and no malware present, we initiate a blacklist removal. The malware removal process is conducted remotely using FTP/HTTP/SFTP and via SSH if we find that FTP/HTTP/SFTP are not stable enough.
2
Request Malware and Black List Removal
The process is simple and straightforward. All you need to do is to login into your ThreatSign! user dashboard UI and fill in the Malware Removal Request form. Once submitted, it automatically creates the support ticket and assigns one of our malware analysts to it.

Which Malware do You Remove?
During our "Malware and Blacklist Removal" process we clean and remediate the following from a website:
  • Cross Site Scripting (XSS) injections
  • Obfuscated JavaScipt Injections
  • Code injection
  • Malicious iFrames
  • Malicious Re-directs
  • Defacement
  • Drive-by-Downloads
  • Trojans
  • Backdoors
  • Worms
  • Spyware
  • Viruses
Do you Provide Security Monitoring?
Once we cleaned up malware and removed your website from the blacklists of Google, Yahoo or others, it is necessary to keep your website under continuous security monitoring. There are no 100% hacker-proof websites. A faster incident response is one of the key features to ensure effective security risk management. When applied correctly it helps avoid blacklisting, sensitive data loss, and reputation damage.

With ThreatSign! your website benefits from both External (HTTP - based scan) Monitoring and Internal (FTP/SFTP - based scan) Monitoring. The scanning technology is a unique development by Quttera labs and it is equipped with the growing number of modules, including artificial intelligence, to bring you the precise malware detection. As a software company, we are continuously enhancing our malware identification algorithms to detect both known and unknown online threats efficiently.

You can easily add a website to monitoring, set the scheduled scan periods, select desired notification settings, enable email reports and configure other parameters from the user dashboard UI. With website monitoring by ThreatSign! you can ensure a prompt detection and resolution of potential and actual security issues.
Do You Provide Website Protection?
Along with External and Internal monitoring we enable Quttera's Cloud-Based Web Application Firewall (WAF) for your website.

The WAF filters all incoming traffic blocking the malicious requests and bad sources from reaching your website. Automatic WAF rules updates ensure that you are protected from new threats and hacking techniques found by our online malware scanners that process millions of URLs monthly. This helps you to stay ahead of constantly evolving web-based threats without doing anything from your side. Our WAF protects you from traditional OWASP top 10 attacks and has the flexibility to apply customized rules that fit your security needs.

With ThreatSign! Website Anti-Malware you get a comprehensive set of tools in one place which provides essential cybersecurity measures: security scanning, malware cleanup & hacking remediation, alerting & incident response handling, and protection.
